The Dream Ride Experience 2022 roars into action on Aug. 26 at the Farmington Polo Grounds, marking its 22nd anniversary this year.

The event is August 26th, 27th, and 28th at Farmington Polo Club.

The Dream Ride Experience will return to Farmington this summer, welcoming thousands of motorcycle and car enthusiasts to celebrate people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Twenty years later, the annual Dream Ride is still focused on giving back to Connecticut’s Special Olympics and the Hometown Foundation.

About 400 motorcyclists took off for Harley-Davidson Danbury heading to Farmington on Sunday morning as part of the 16th Annual Dream Ride Experience benefiting Special Olympics.

Our truck that hit the auction block on Saturday at Barrett-Jackson raised $115,000 for The Hometown Foundation and Special Olympics. Barrett-Jackson’s inaugural Northeast Auction definitely exceeded expectations.

Laconia Motorcycle Week is often associated with the loud rumbling of bikes cruising through The Weirs and surrounding areas, but philanthropy is also a major aspect, and Dream Ride is a prime example of this.

The Dream Ride Experience has partnered with Swag Custom Rides for a unique project in conjunction with Barrett Jackson, The World's Greatest Collector Car Auction®, to benefit Special Olympics. In its inaugural event at Mohegan Sun, June 23rd -25th, Barrett-Jackson will feature a totally customized 1966 F-100 Ford pick-up for the Dream Ride Experience and Special Olympics created by Swag Custom Rides of New Britain. Swag also enlisted the help of Special Olympics Connecticut athletes who will benefit from the auction as part of The Dream Ride Experience in Farmington this August. An unveiling of the pick-up that will be auctioned off will take place at Papa's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, 585 E.
