DREAM RIDE VENDOR SUBMISSION

Join The Hometown Foundation, Inc. for the 22nd Dream Ride Experience weekend on August 26-28, 2022 at the Farmington Polo Club in our Vendor Village. If you would like to participate with a booth or food truck, begin your application by reading the below information and filling out the application form. Submitting your application below DOES NOT secure your space for the Dream Ride Experience Vendor Village. Once your initial application is received and approved, a Hometown Foundation Team Member will reach out with official registration forms.

At The Dream Ride Experience, vendors have the opportunity to purchase a 10x10 or 10x20 pre-designated space. Electricity is NOT provided or guaranteed to any vendors.

Your business will be assigned a space by The Hometown Foundation Team, if you are looking for a specific location, you may put in a request but it is not guaranteed. All location spaces are final and will not be moved day of.

All submissions will be reviewed by The Hometown Foundation team and an email response will be sent no longer than one week after application receipt. If accepted, you will receive an email with vendor registration forms and payment information that must be received by The Hometown Foundation to secure your space.

All final registration forms and payments must be received by Monday, August 15th, 2022 at 5 P.M.

 

Friday, August 26th

Set Up: 1:30pm - 2:30pm

Official Dream Ride Experience Hours:
3:00pm - 10:00pm

Break Down: 10:00pm

 

Saturday, August 27th

Set Up: 6:30am - 7:30am

Official Dream Ride Experience Hours:
8:00am - 10:00pm

Break Down: 10:00pm

 

Sunday, August 28th

Set Up: 6:30am - 7:30am

Official Dream Ride Experience Hours:
8:00am - 4:00pm

Break Down: 4:00pm

 

 

There is NO rain date and there are NO refunds for vendors or sponsors.

Food Trucks: $350 per truck, must attend all three days
Vendors: Option to attend either Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL vendors must provide The Dream Ride Experience/The Hometown Foundation, Inc. with a signed original Certificate of Insurance (ACORD form) OR purchase coverage through the Dream Ride Experience Vendor Insurance TULIP Program. Please see full details in rules and regulations form above.

FOOD VENDOR IMPORTANT NOTE: All food vendors are responsible for obtaining a valid permit in compliance with the Town of Farmington. Food vendors must contact the Farmington Valley Health District (www.fvhd.org).
